Project assistance (m/f/d)
What you can expect:
- Work together with our technical experts to advise customers and interested parties on our services
- Support our customers from initial contact to completed project and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Together with our IT security consultants, you will plan and coordinate the timing of our projects and ensure that they are completed on time, in top quality and to the full satisfaction of our customers
- In our modern CRM/ERP system, you will create tailor-made offers and also take over the processing of order confirmations
What you bring along:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- You are enthusiastic about cyber security and ideally have some initial know-how - or you would like to familiarize yourself with this exciting field
- Ideally, you already have some experience in planning services/projects
- You are already familiar with Excel and other MS Office applications
- Communication is your strength and you enjoy working in a customer-oriented manner
- Even if there are several projects at the same time, you keep an overview and stay organized
- You work in a structured manner, find pragmatic solutions and are a real team player
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
