Project assistance (m/f/d)
What you can expect:
- Work alongside our Security Consultants to advise customers and interested parties on our services
(No “outbound sales” and “cold calls”, but competent consulting for companies that are specifically interested in our services) - Create precisely tailored offers and be responsible for processing order confirmations
- Plan and coordinate the timing of our projects, including resource management
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, in top quality and to the full satisfaction of our customers
- Assist our customers from the first contact to the completed project and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate closely with our experts in the areas of security assessments, incident response, ISMS/BCMS and security architecture to ensure that projects run successfully
What you bring along:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies (e.g. CCI) or a comparable qualification
- First work experience in IT sales and project management
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer service orientation
- Organizational talent and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Solid experience in Excel and other MS Office applications
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to work in a dedicated team
- Very proficient in German and English
