For our team in Garching near Munich we are looking for a
(Senior) Consultant IT Emergency Management / BCM (m/f/d)
What you can expect:
- Prepare our customers in the best possible way for IT emergencies and cyber attacks
- Set up emergency teams and crisis teams for our customers
- Consult our clients in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to ISO 22301
- Ensure that our customers' IT emergency management is not just a pile of paper, but is practiced, continuously updated and tested
- Develop continuity strategies/plans to be able to maintain business processes even in emergencies
- As part of gap analyses, you assess the maturity level of our customers' IT emergency management and identify potential for improvement
What you bring along:
- You have successfully completed your (business) informatics/engineering studies
- You already have experience in conducting business impact analyses, establishing IT emergency concepts and recovery plans or conducting emergency and crisis team exercises
- You are familiar with the terms BIA, RTO, RPO and MTPD
- You are familiar with key standards in the field of IT emergency management / BCM, such as BSI Standard 200-4, ITIL, the ISO 22301, the BCI Good Practice Guidelines & Co
- As a consultant, a confident manner and enjoy dealing with customers are a matter of course for you
- You are curious, solution-oriented and pragmatic
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) and very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Nice to have: certification in IT emergency management or business continuity management
